    salam, have you been called by the consulate or not yet for the interview?

    I got the denial of CR1 visa. I am confused of what need to be done. Any help would be very appreciated

      it not a denial your just been put thru a AP this could take months or even years to clear good luck to u hope u get out of the AP soon

      Go to the Middle East/North Africa forums and ask the question. There are many people there that can help you. My understanding is that you have to wait for them to send it back to the U.S. and then reconfirm and send back to the embassy which could take about a year. But I could be wrong? Did you find out why you were denied, or try to get another interview before it was sent back? Good luck to you.

      me and my husband just went thru this and it did take another year and we received a letter telling us why he was denied and i had to answer all the reasons they said and i sent more things bc i went to his country again and had more proof and it was REAFFIRMED and he got another interview and it was approved!!!!

    How much time does the petition take to get back to USCIS after being denied spousal visa CR-1 in the American consulate OF Morocco?
