What s the difference between Department of state and National Visa center? Does the approved petition goes from USCIS to DOS instead of NVC?

you can get the sijil adli from the court in the city where you were born in, you need to take your original birth certificate and stamp of the 20 DH.

The interviewr stated that i didnt know much about my wife even the smallest things as the consular officer said after the inerview,plus the age difference and socio ecnomic raised the suspicious during the interview. I want to know what to write in the rebutal letter to rebut that. any advices would be appreciated

Does the USCIS accept evidences in french language because all the evidences that I might send are in french and it will be very expensive to translate it all. Is it enough to just write a letter explaining the concern of the consular officer question without sending any evidence to prove that? thanks in advance

Beside sending the chat logs, and cards of ongoing relationship, i want to know if it is enough to write a rebutal letter to USCIS to rebute the other consulate questions for the VISA denial without sending evidences?

What is the difference between the NOIR ( notice of intent to revoke) and NOID( notice of intent to deny)? which one that can be overcome and the one that cannot be overcome?

there are Two cases numbers during the CR1 process,the first one from USCIS and the second one is from NVC. So the case number from USCIS can be followed at their website/ USCIS.gov you can check your case by entering your case number in the case status. But the case number from NVC cannot be followed in their website.

Is it possible to review the returned petition CR-1 before the timeframe given which is 6 months,to be reviewed in less than 6 months. What should be done to speed it up?

Is it real that the Vermont service center has changed the processing time for reviewing the petitions? in the USCIS website there is a change of the time for the vermont center. hope someone can clear this for us.

Does the big age difference (20 years difference) can affect on the CR1 petition and gets denied by USCIS after being denied by the consulate?

I wonder why does California service center takes many months ( till 2 years ) just to review the denied petitions while it takes for Vermont service center just few months?

The senator got involved and he called the consulate to know the reason for the denial but the senator got no specific reason for the denial,he was told that the case was sent back to USCIS for the review. The letetr that I got says that the case was sent back under the 221 (g) law section of immigration.
