Did you by any chance send out your Packet 3 before receiving the actual Packet 3 in the mail? My fiancé and I have already prepared most of the documents for it so we're wondering if we should it send it out yet or wait until he receives something first from MTL.

Congrats on your interview! May I ask you a question regarding your experience w/ this so far? NVC said our case has left there on 2/29 but I've been calling MTL and no one is able to tell me whether or not they have it. Which number did you call to ask - to find out whether ur case has physically arrived to the Consulate office? Because I keep getting transfer all over. Or should I just keep harassing DOS? Please help!
