After P4, I could *try* to schedule an interview.
Going through Montreal, be prepared to wait. I tried several times a day, every day, for 3 weeks before interviews opened up. There's a thread on the Canada board of people already waiting. Share your info with them -- everyone tries and as soon as one finds an opening, they let everyone else know. Good luck! Be patient.
