    Thank you for your advice. I just found out that I was approved on Wednesday. Do you have any advice for the 3rd packet and the medical examine that I can give to my fiance. Congrats to all your good fortune and I hope I have the same!

      Maybe you should call. I filed in late October with Vermont Service centre. Ive had my NOA2, returned packet 3, had my medical done and im waiting for my interview date.
