Hi guys just a quick question, Is there an approval letter for the I-131 or Travel Permit? It says online on my case status that I got approved with my I-131 and they mailed a letter that they have approved it. All I received was a combo card in a UPS envelope. Am I missing something which is the approval letter for I-131?

Hi guys, I got 2 identical biometrics appointment. I got one last Thursday and one was yesterday. All have the same informations and appointment dates. I am confused. I guess I should bring them both.

Hello guys, just wanna share you that I got my NOA1 for AOS last Friday June 22, and dated June 18th on the notice. Yesterday I got my biometrics appointment notice and it will be on July 12. :) Good luck to all of us guys. Keep posted.

Another June filer here. We sent the AOS package June 13th and yesterday June 18, we got the texts and 3 email notification that the USCIS accepted the Application. We are still waiting for our NOA1 hard copy. Lets keep in touch and keep us posted

Hi everyone, I have some questions regarding the Change of Address. I am on a K-1 Visa holder when I got here in the U.S. but before I got here in the U.S. my fiance (husband now) change his address online on the USCIS website last January this year but since he had his surgery the same month and he was in and out to the hospital for 4 months bcoz of the same issues, he didn't know if the USCIS sent him a letter/confirmation by mail. So Just last night he filed for a change of address online again to make it sure that it will be updated and got a confirmation right after the filling. But before I got here in the U.S. he already moved to our new place/address now. we submitted our AOS last wednesday and we are still waiting for the receipt and confirmation from the USCIS that they have received the documents. By the way, we sent my AOS on my 90th day.

My questions are:

1. Am I in trouble that we sent my AOS on my expiry date of my K-1 Visa?

2. We used our new address on my paper works for my AOS. Are they going to send the confirmation/letter for AOS on this new address?

3. How do we know that our address has been change to the new one?

4. How long or how many days you guys received the confirmation after the submission of AOS from the delivery date?

5. What is my status now since I am still waiting for the response from the USCIS?

Please help me! I just dont want to be in trouble and just want to have a normal life with my new family. :(

if you are K1 holder, I strongly recommend you to file

AOS

until I-94 expiration(3 months from POE).

this is not a regulation though, a delay could affect your interview in a bad way.

(actually my hubby's co-worker got in trouble by delay of filing)

A#(alien registration number) is on your visa, below your petitioner name(A000 000 000)

3. Where can I find the I-94#. I have my I-94 but I am just confused which one is the I-94 number. There are numbers in front of the form that says Admission Number and there are also numbers at the back which the Immigration Officer wrote at my POE.

I-94# is the admission number(9 digits + 2 digits) on front.

4. Where can I find the expiration date of my I-94?

Under the entry stamp, there's a date in hand writing by the immigration officer.

5. How can I answer the question in Part 3 of I-485 " Place of Last Entry Into the United States"?

the name of city and state you flew to(e.g Los Angeles, CA.)

6. In filling up all the forms I-485, G325A, I-131, I-765, Can I Capitalized all the letters or only the first letter of the word/name?

I used all letter capital only for my maiden name(to emphasize last name because my name is exotic). and the other was all in first letter capital.

7. And how many copies of all the forms should I submit?

it depends on individuals.

Adjustment of status is all about the intending immigrant. You are applying to adjust status and not the USC. All the forms are about you and signed by you EXCEPT the I-864. The I-864 and the supporting documents that go with it are the only things needed from the USC spouse for AOS.

Thanks Jay-Kay for the informations . May I know what are the supporting documents for I-864? And do I really need to submit the form I-693? I have my records of my medical examination (X-ray CD, vaccinations) but I need to get my last shots for my other vaccines? Thanks again.

Good day! I'm hoping to get clarifications regarding CFO Certificate and Sticker as we are heading to the states soon.

1. Is 13 y/o girl needs to attend a CFO Seminar ?

2. If yes, can she attend with me on same room or venue as K1 and K2 visa holder?

3. Can we make reservation seats ahead by calling the CFO office ?

4. For those who have experienced attending, which CFO office do you recommend ? I heard of PRISM and St. Mary?

5. Which is nearer or convenient to go if we come from TAFT EDSA (Kabayan Hotel) or perhaps PAL Terminal II ?

6. Can we get the CFO Certificate and sticker right immediately after the seminar ?

I need to determine these things since we already have our plane tickets on hand. Hi I would suggest do it as soon as possible before u run out of time. I had mine 2 days before my flight and I was like freaking out coz I had to go back the following day for additional requirements. And I thought I can't make it. I was done for the sticker around 3pm and my flight for Manila is 6pm today. Tomorrow is my international flight.

Yeah hopefully by monday i will have it on hand. I just talked to a friend of mine from BXU and she got her visa on hand 7 working days from approval . BXU is not too far from where i live so it's probably same , 1 week to be exact.

I tried tracking it online but my case number says INVALID , also tried different way but it is still invalid. Now i don't have choice but wait..

I'm living in Surigao which is far from manila so no wonder why it takes so long for them to deliver my visa. We booked my flight last day and it would be on 26th of March , i'm sure by that time i will have my visa on hand..Really hope so.

Hi sis, no worries you will be next. Me either I did not expect that it will arrive this morning I just got shocked when the 2go delivery man called me and told me not to go anywhere as he is on his way to deliver my visa at home. I am from Cebu City and it was just 4 working days since my interview. It was so quick.. I did try the same thing online but everytime I tracked it it says INVALID. So just wait anytime soon you will have it. Who knows it will be on Monday. Keep me updated sis

I just wanna share how happy we are today as I got my visa this morning around 10am thru 2GO. :dance: And my flight was booked right after I got the visa this morning. I am flying Wednesday March 14. Sooo happy and very excited to see my honeybee, I can't wait. My POE is Chicago flying PAL and American Airlines. :dance:

I'm trying to schedule her interview online but I was unable to. It's asking me for a receipt number and I'm not sure which one it is off the receipt? I tried all the series of numbers on there but none worked.

We paid it at 3:45pm Philippine time its been 12 hours now.

The same thing happened to us when my fiance/petitioner scheduled my interview. It's the beneficiary's passport number starts. Good luck.
