Okay so I need some help! My husband was denied K-1 visa in 2004 for admiting he had tried drugs b4. SO now that we are in the middle of the I-130 process .I am confused as if at the medical exam he should just say no or what? Hello Guadmom!! So did you mail in you I130 or did you take in personaly??? I sent mine DHL...according to DHL they got it on friday!!! How much time did it take for you to get NO1??? Did you recieve anything by mail or email??? Let me know how its going!!

So I have read some where (I dont remmember) That if you take your I-130 app personaly to the embasy (mexico city) you save about 2 -3 months. Has any one heard of this or am I dreaming!!!!

I am a USC and are wanting to file CR-1 for my husband. We have 2 kids and live here in mexico and is wondering if I send the papers to CD Juarez or chicago? Also about 7yrs ago I had done K1 fiance visa and he was denied due to "drug use" also in CDJ. Has anyone gone thru this and what do you think his chances are for getting CR-1 visa?
