    My hubby and I met 15 yrs ago here in mexico. Lived together for 3 years . I went back to the US and flew back and forth every month. Until we filed for fiance visa and got denied. SO in 2004 I moved to Mexico and married. Now we have 2 lovely children and are about to file IR-1/CR-1 visa.

    Okay so I need some help! My husband was denied K-1 visa in 2004 for admiting he had tried drugs b4. SO now that we are in the middle of the I-130 process .I am confused as if at the medical exam he should just say no or what?
