My hubby and I met 15 yrs ago here in mexico. Lived together for 3 years . I went back to the US and flew back and forth every month. Until we filed for fiance visa and got denied. SO in 2004 I moved to Mexico and married. Now we have 2 lovely children and are about to file IR-1/CR-1 visa.
So I have read some where (I dont remmember) That if you take your I-130 app personaly to the embasy (mexico city) you save about 2 -3 months. Has any one heard of this or am I dreaming!!!!
