  1. YIKES!!!!!! :crying: My husband accidentally washed his passport, with his visa, I-94, etc all inside of it. We were going to file for AOS soon but you need copies of all this stuff. Its pretty much ruined. I know you can order another copy of your I-94, and we found out how to replace his passport, but how do we go about replacing his K-3 visa? The only thing I can find says he has to go back to Australia. Is this true? If so we totally screwed because we cannot afford that and two, how can he exit and leave the country? Would we need to wait for his new passport and I-94 to prove that he is a Resident Alien and can leave and reenter? Any help you have is appreciated. Thanks !!!!! :)

  2. Awww thanks guys and gals :D I thought about VJ and you guys lots but never came on. I probably won't be here tons but I'll drop by more often than I was :D

  3. :D :D Thanks everyone, yeah I couldn't be happier. It almost doesn't seem real.

I can't wait for March 10th. Only a little over a week.

I want to say thanks to everyone on the site for all your help, and especially dealing with me :P

  4. He got the visa   Well they didn't officially say that, he just got a letter telling him unfortunately they couldn't give him his visa today but that he must come back to the consulate between 3:30 and 4 pm. I figured if he didn't they'd have said so and told him why and what he needed to bring in. Of course he didn't think to ask "So I got the visa?" LOL

    I'm so freaking happy. Words can't describe how happy I am :D :D :D :D

He'll be with me on March 10th. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

  5. Okay then, we need to change the legal age for voting, buying cigarettes and drinking then. I mean if life begins at conception why are people having to wait until exactly 18 years old to vote and buy cigarettes, or exactly age 21 to buy alcohol. I mean technically people should be able to buy cigarettes and vote at 17 years 3 months, and 20 years 3 months. You have to subtract the 9 months they are in the womb. Obviously the LAW doesn't consider a baby a person until its born due to that above. Imagine going to buy cigarettes or alcohol and the having to calculate your ages to be at least 17 years or 20 years and 3 months old.

  6. Guess there eventually with that attitude going to be a lot of homeless people because no one will rent to them as they have kids.

unfrickingbelievable. I understand they make messes but I've known adults who can ###### an apartment up worse than kids, teens for that matter too.

  7. Hey, you are trying at that is what counts. I'm quitting when hubby is here so I have someone to beat the ####### out of

The thought of even quitting though terrifies me, its like what will I do instead of smoking. What will I do on my breaks at work. All that weird stuff. Like its my life or something. I hate smoking but quitting terrifies me :(
