CONTINUED my email address, and said that I am ready to drop everything and make any appointment. They emailed me on Tuesday at midday, and asked if I could be there 10 am the next morning. So I said yes and they emailed me an appointment letter.
Hope that helps, its definitely worth putting a bit of info on your letter of readiness!

Yes I did get an interview quickly, as soon as I got my letter from the embassy I returned all of the forms and booked my medical straight away.
