  1. on December 17 my wife was on line for interview and on January 11ht 2013 her case status said that she was schedulled for interview and that she would receive a letter with the date and time for the same, but today i checked her case status again and it said that she was again on line for interview.

    She went from being schedulled for interview to being on line for interview, did anybody had the same problem?

  2. my wife sent the package to Dallas, Texas in monday with delevery confirmation, she did wrong? because the USPS send a message saying : We attempted to deliver your item at 8:49 am on October 17, 2012 in DALLAS, TX 75266 and a notice was left because an authorized recipient was not available. You may arrange redelivery by visiting...

    they will pick up the packet in post office?or she must sent without delivery confirmation?

  4. hello! My spouse PD is March 02, 2010 but now i need help for my citizenship. I know this thread is based on f2a category. But I'm posting this topic regarding naturalization here just to need help from you guys-I'd recieved my green card on june 12, 2007. I was out of U.S. and came back in Jan. 20, 2012 so do i need to wait till april 20, 2012 to apply for citizenship based on 3-month state residence requirement? And i stayed outside U.S. for more than 6 months. So, with N400 form should i need to submit Tax forms along with other requirements-green-card copy, two photographs and check-fee? pls. help
