If you do need a marriage certificate they should issue it in the country where you get married at. Cos it has to have that country's seal on it. When I got married in Nigeria they issued the marrige certificate at the court house where we were married. Good luck!

Yea they expire after a year. Thats why when a K-1 visa goes back for review they keep the visa until it expires.

You know at one time I kept praying and wondering why God wasn't answering me..then I heard his voice tell me to just say Thank You and use my faith and the substance of all things hoped for the evidence of that which is not seen (yet). When I did this the blessings fell through the sky. I'm still doing this today even if the blessing isn't immediate because I know he will answer me according to where I am in Life.
