    After a long, long wait, my husband and I have finally just about reached the interview step. 9.5 months from our priority date and just over 10 months since our wedding... it feels surreal. We're just hopeful now that the interview will be smooth and easy for us, so we can be together again, God-Willing. :)

    Case complete Alhumdulillah (Praise be to God)!!! :D Just called the NVC and they said our case was completed today, 29th May. :):D I'm so happy there was no issue along the way and I can now look forward to prepping for the interview, which is expected in early July. :)

      Yes, it is. :) I was expecting it to be mid July, before Ramadan but there it is. :) Insha'Allah, Insha'Allah...hoping it goes all smooth... :) Quite nervvy! But it being Ramadan will help me be more focused and calm, Insha'Allah. :)

      @funfetti... the DS 230 got to the NVC on 22nd May and we got our case completion on 29th May. Interview date was assigned yesterday, 7th June.

      @steamcake Why are you rescheduling? :) Yes, we are very excited - I even have my flight booked, in advance! My husband's coming to take me to the US. :) We're very hopeful, with God's Help, the interview will be smooth and we'll get the visa! :)

      Yes, it took about a week since they received the DS 230 package in and then uploaded it. :) Alhumdulillah! You'll get yours soon too, Insha'Allah. :) We've all come so far. :)
