    to be honest i will suggest to get it done once you get your noa2 , as it usually takes a week or ten days to get your nvc case # and there is a 2 months interview wait ( i got interview date on nov 30 and my interview is on jan 31) so so if you get it in 4th month , there is a possibility that it will expire by the time of interview. ( i am bad at maths). :(
