You have to be divorced prior to the expiration of the card, then you can file the I-751 without the signature of the spouse.

A RFE is normal & an RFE can be a good thing. They are requesting documentation from you that they could otherwise deny your application for.

You may still apply for adjustment on status since you entered legally & you have a visa automatically available because of your citizen spouse. However, that doesn't mean they will approve it.

When you're an alien, it doesn't matter when you committed a crime & you can face removal proceedings up until you become a citizen. Now that you have the 10 year ban, you're pretty skrewed. You can try to get an attorney but all I have to say is good luck..we will see you in ten years.

It depends on where it was sent. If it was sent to a service center, they transferred it for faster processing. If it was sent to your local office it is for your interview and you will get an appointment letter in the mail which could take any amount of time.

How about looking up the word "remittance" in the dictionary?
You sent too much money & they should have enclosed it..and there is nothing else you have to do at this time.

You can only get a case expedited if you're having an emergency..not because you want it done faster. Rome wasn't built in a day & neither is your green card when there are hundreds of thousands of applications.

She was going to get it with or without you, apparently.

I think they should deny affidavits when all the people use is their ssi and unemployment to try to show they meet the minimum income requirements. Obviously, you aren't making any money and living off the government and more than likely so will the people they petition for, at least until the beneficiary gets an ead or green card, then they will work and take another job america doesn't have.

They definitely think your marriage is fake. So, they'll probably send your petition back to USCIS for a review which could really take any amount of time. Sucks for you!
Military Expedite Help Needed

I am being ungrateful? That doesn't make sense. Also, most applications will not be processed faster due to military deployment. Perhaps an EAD if they can show financial need despite the military member's salary. A I-485 perhaps, since if it is marriage based the spouse would have to be there. However, USCIS will allow someone to keep renewing their EAD instead of expediting a case like that. Summary: Just because you're in the military and you're deploying, doesn't mean uscis will always approve an expedite.
