I submitted everything W2, tax copy 1040 and all. But they requested again form 1040 W2 and all.....and I also submitted all this copies to NVC........

It was Mumbai Consulate. He did say he has documents with him but they said just submit to VFS. Now I am just waiting for them to send passport. I hope they don't take month or more.

My husband completed interview on June 6 2012. It was easy interview with only 4-5 questions. But what they did is they took all my 2011 tax papers and asked me to submit another copy of 2011 tax papers. my husband said he has it with him but they said no submit all papers to VFS with your passport. Now i am wondering how long will it take to get my passport back with visa stamp. does anyone faced this problem.

Unless you've sent your civil documents already, you got bad information. Call again. If you sent your AOS documents AND DS230 with civil documents, and have paid both fees then there's no need for a checklist to be sent.

Yes I have sent DS230 and civil documents together because my agent did this and he sent everything together. So does that mean i wont get checklist. Then how will I do police clearance

I have mailed my AOS forms to NVC 10 days ago and I called them today to ask if everything was ok or not. Officer told me case is been complete and now waiting for interview. I am little bit confused I have not received checklist email yet and when asked about it to offficer she said they will email me once they schedule an appointment. Whereas my friend received checklist 2 months prior to interview.Is this normal or not

I called them yesterday and they said they recieved my case on March 8th.thats all they could locate.there is no further information on it.

Your profile says you're doing DCF. You don't deal with NVC if you're applying through DCF; you only deal with the consulate/embassy.

Since I am going out of country i have quick question. Where will be choice of agent form which DS3032 form will be mailed.I will be with my husband for couple of months and I am worried that they will send me here in US. Will my husband receive copy of DS 3032 too. if he does then I should be okay.Does anyone know and also does my husband need to sign that or not.

Hi Guys....here is just update my friend is July 11 filer and she just got her NOA 2 yest after 6.5 months. So any July people waiting you should be getting yours. I am August filer so I still have time..I just thought about letting everyone know about this.

I am August filer and i have been week over for my 5months.heard nothing...tried calling they won't put service request because they still say we are under processing time becasue they are working on June 16

yea today is my 5months and my friend is 6months.nothing yet received for her or me,.....hopefully we all will get something soon...

i just talked to my friend and his case took 8months till interview. he said processing time depends on when did you file for your spouse.If you file before June it gets processed this year but if you filed later then there is long time....is this correct does anyone knw

So i was so frustuated by USCIS saying processing June 16 since 1 month. I emailed california service center last week and I had no hope of receiving reply on it. I will hit my 5months next week. Officer replied to me and said they are processing first week of July right now and mine will take another 4-6 weeks since i filed in August.Hope they progress

I am actually August filer..but my friend is July 10 filer and she still haven't received NNOA2 yet. She made me call USCIS and I checked date they said they are working on June 16. This is ridiculous i have been hearing June 16 since 3 weeks...Does anyone gets same answer or any July filers recieve NOA2...

Those timeline are only based on the forum users who enter their timeline. So you can't count on this to be an accurate timeline. Each case is different and processing time could be different. Look at the USCIS website for more accurate timeline.

What do you mean by forum users? I mean I updated my timeline and I am filing for CR1 file and received my NOA1 August 10th. This website says right now they are processing for NOA 2 for July 23rd 2011. Do you mean I should not think this is right date July 23.

I was checking processing times for I-130 from NOA 1 - NOA2 for CSC and it says 83 days..just wondering processing times they show here is it accurate?
