My green card expired in the June 2014 . ( my 2 years green card) so I want to stay in the USA legally , the main probleme between us that since I come

My wife ( the is citizen ) she won't let me have sex with her and she is still virgin for now

So I think is that enough prove about our divorce and get my rights?

hello my friends i want an answer cause im really confused what to do

first: in 10 days its going to be 5 months since NOA1

second:i have arrested from 1 year and 2 months for smoking weed and i went to jail for 4 days but police certificate clean!

third: my wife she had a probleme with he stumick from 1 year and she is the us citizen!

she did all the tests everythings and today she did R.M.I to her body and the result was she had something in the womb! that mean in her ***

so the docteur said for her the only way for that to get pregenant !

so in 8 days she have an appointment with a docteur for woman and of course we are going to take a report for that so my question is:

we are going to expidite in USCIS and NVC and Embassy! but because of my arrest they are going to make a probleme or for theme a case like that its more important. so i need ur opinion guys and thanks for talking times to read this !

what do u mean why the i130 filed ...?

she needs me to come and live in the us cause she cant come here for some reason she cant move...

and she didnt know that we r going through this question...

my wife she have her cases and she cannot come and live in egypte...

If you were arrested then it should show up on the Police report. Tell the truth at the interview.

so here my situation 1 year and 2 months ago i arrested with a friend because the police bust him in weed crime

and for me i just go with him because i was with him

after 5 days i go out. and now my police certificate very clean . and i have no judge at all

so my question is there any way for the immigration to know about my arrested? for me they only found in my urine THC (weed) but they didnt found anything with me only in urine
