  1. It depends on the complexity of your case sis. Every case is different. My children are using their father's name, their bc was signed by their biological father claiming them as his biological children. My CO suspected that I was/am married to my ex even though I told him I was never been married. My children birth cert info triggered the cenomar reverification. If your case is not similar to mine, then don'tworry. But pls remember, the standard time frame for 221g cases is 60 days. It's stated on the website.

  2. oh my GOD! you mean I need to wait also for 2 months to get my visa approved? Because I also requested for additonal docs and that was the same as yours, reverification:)Pls. enlighten me sis:(

  3. Pray alot... Remember, this is just a test guys. Nothing is impossible with God. Y'all are on my prayers... I know how tough it is being under AP. Being left in the dark and the waiting game never seem to end... We waited 2 mos after submitting additional docs (cenomar reverification) then after 2 more weeks CO made a decision. He's not satisfied with our relationship's bonafideness. He denied our application 2 weeks after receiving the addtnl docs. We're so depressed and couldn't believe it. We were told that our petition will be sent back to USCIS through NVC, SOON... But God is good, after my fiance's appeal, we finally got approved after 3 weeks being under AR. Received our visas few days ago. Will fly on the 27th with my kids and be with my future hubby. We thank God for this miracle, BEST CHRISTMAS GIFT EVER!!! :)

  4. Now we passed the 9th week in AR...they conveniently did not receive 3 faxes, one letter, my lawyers letter and G28 forms.

I starting to think the Manila Embassy is infested with crabs. For those who know what I mean.

Sorry to hear that.. Just keep calling them and follow up. For all you know, your case is just sitting on their table and because no one is calling to follow up, they won't do nothing about it. Don't leave everything on your lawyer's hands. You're the petitioner, they will talk to you. Until you call them and find out what's really goin on on your case, nothing will happen...

  5. Patiently waiting & praying for some goodnews. MY 25th Birthday is next week. :-/

    OCT 17- FIANCÉ INTERVIEW @ USEM - 221g RECIEVE

OCT 26- USEM picked up fiancé NSO BC & CENOMAR regarding fiancé previous last name when he was just a child.

NOV 2 - fiancé sent his NBI clearance with his previous last name and his PASSPORT to 2GO per request of USEM.

NOV 4 - USEM RECIEVE documents

NOV 9 - DOCUMENTS forward to CO and still reviewing

*told to call back in the ending of NOVEMBER or 1 week DECEMBER. I've been calling the USEM long distance from Hawaii every week. :(

it was so sad because I just came home from PI on Nov 5 without my fiancé. Vacation in PI for 2 weeks for my fiancé 25th birthday on OCT 28 :))

We almost have the same type of NSO reverification, mine is only cenomar though... But, our case got more complicated after I argued with my CO. now he hates me and denied our visa application and just guessed a denial reason... (no serious relationship) :(

  6. Sis, I was instructed to go to window 70 the day after my final interview with the CO... It's true, I was clearly advised that our application is denied but they are performing another review on our case after my fiance made an appeal via calls and emails... I hope we will be heard... But I really don't trust them anymore... This immigration stuff put me in serious depression... I just can't take it anymore... I am just going to wait for my fiance and we will get married here...

  7. Called the embassy a while ago. Actually, it was my husband who called first and was told that they have been trying to reach me so I called. I was asked to go back to the US Embassy this Friday, November 25, Window 70. I am thinking this is a second interview. Idk if the same officer but the window I was last time was window 60.

Before all of these, we asked help from the Congress and the Congress got fed up with what happened to us because she's been helping us since USCIS stage, since January. And thankfully, they schedule me right away because the Congress emailed the officer directly, she cannot take it what the embassy were doing to us.

Sis I was also instructed to go to that window 70, after that they took me to FPU room for another interview the same day after my final interview and made me sign a sworn statement regarding my children birth cert issue. After the interview, they told me to wait for their call... Our case is back to review status as of today and I'm praying and hoping that they will reconsider our case and reverse the decision cause clearly, we dont see any reason for them to deny us..

  8. I just called the USEmb here too sis since my fiance was so pissed with them when he tried to call before lunch. And they just got worse now, it seems that they don't entertain phone calls about immigrant visas.:angry: they must have been bombarded by applicants who had been waiting a long time. So now, I can only email them  . I just did. See what they say.

Mukang papaabutin talaga nila ng 60 days review namin... Nakakawala ng gana na talaga Sis... Pati fiance ko parang ayaw ko na din kausapin about the visa. I just want him to be here with me miss na miss ko na talaga syaaaa.... :crying:
