I had the medical in Vancouver the day before I did the interview at the consulate. It all went very smoothly. If you have any questions through this process, email me. I'm happy to help. We're just waiting to pick up the visa, then I'm headed south, hopefully in the next few days.

It's a long journey, but it's worth the wait!

I wish. No sign of NOA2, and I'm thinking this week will be a bust, as the US govt. takes Thanksgiving (Thursday) and Friday off.

I did sign up on the US Consulate website in Vancouver. I can't do anything, but I have the account organized, and it does allow me to see how far out current interview dates are being booked. Happy Thanksgiving!

Okay, I'm all set up on the Consulate site. Interview dates look good. Just worried about a slowdown this week because it's US Thanksgiving, and in the transfer of the file ultimately through snail mail in December. It will probably be slow. Still, hopeful here.

Still waiting. Looks like a little pick up in activity this week. At least Vancouver interviews are coming fast. Yesterday it was only a 2 days wait. My birthday is Dec. 9th. I'm hoping to have the NOA2 for my present!
