The email will come from U.S. Department of State with your TRACKING NUMBER.  Have you already registered for pick up? If so, when you go to the DHL website and click on your tracking number it will tell you that is "ready for pick up by recipient"

hey guys my visa was issued on the 26 of January. How soon will i receive my passport in hand? And should DHL or the Embassy will provide me with a tracking #?
