      Hi!I havent fill up any form yet after we got our NOA2,maybe you may take down notes of your anwers,whats ask in the form,then you can finalize it and print after you got your NOA2..Godbless

    Here's my question for everyone does have any idea. Is hepatitis B can be cause of denial of Visa? I am so worried about it hope anybody here can answer and has experienced that got approve. Replies is much appreciated. thank u
