do you think tax 2010 is good enough or I tel my petitioner and join sponsor to send me tax 2011 .

If yes should they send me tax return or tax transcript 2011

Yes I've heard, but most of these people usually have jobs related to Government as ur mom , the other reason is military service which is for men (none of our business ) anyways the duration is usually around two months (you can check www.mohajersara.com) its a persian community , i havent heard six months (its very rear) .

You should always take your latest tax return and W2. So of course, you will need to take 2011..They would like to see your current income. I would suggest to keep a copy of last 3 years..

So you mean I take the tax return for 2010 (because my sponsor hasn't done 2011 yet , they still have time in USA to do that ) but I will take the W2 form for 2011 , right ?

at the time of interview , if they ask for W2 , I will show W2 for 2010 . Right ?

whatever ur name is in ur Passport tell NVC if ur case is there, so u need to call them first then send a copy of ur passport. if ur case is in embassy then email them first and then send a copy of it.

I had the similar issue so I sent a copy of my wife passport to NVC they fixed it in 3 days!

Hi Kiarash thanks for your reply , my case still is in NVC , but all the correspondence with NVC and my last name in passport are same , the only difference is in my birth and marriage cert. hat is Y instead of I . So NVC cannot change the last name on those documents (translation) . So if I emai NVC , what should I ask them to do ?

In my birth and marriage cert. my last name is spelled "leymani" , now that I have passport in my hand it is "leimani" , what should I do ?

just inform them in embassy about this Or I should translate birth and marriage cert. based on my passport and take them with me to embassy

my pd is oct2009.

each ref no begins with: 1) first: the country that you will be interviewd, for example ANK=Ankara or ABD=Abu dahbi and 2)second: year when your case went to NVC from uscis, (yani case shoma dar sale 2009 be nvc montaghel shode) the most important thing is the category and the priority date that stablish your interview time! http://travel.state.gov/visa/bulletin/bulletin_1360.html

are you in F2A category? if yes then according to visabulletin, since your pd is Aug2009 then your interview will be in next 6 months if it VB moves like recent speed (1 month per VB).

Hi thanks for your response , but that was not my question , I know all that you said but my question was something else , I am in F2A category , but my question was , why some people wha have priority date after me such as ank2010 got interview but not me (I checked the ankara embassy and saw the people's interview schadule )

I have a question . My date is Aug 2009 and I have to have interview in Ankara Turkey . What is not clear for me is that when I check the US embassy in ankara "visa appointments " I see that people with priority date such as "ANK2010 ...... have appontment date . How come they got appointment before me Mine is Ank2009.....
