  1. My Husband came on a k1 visa and we were married last month. We used an visa help website to help us with the forms and I just realized I forgot to put anything for income in 2012 and 2011 and says it 0. I literally feel sick for doing this. I did send in all supporting evidence in for 2013. Will this cause a denial? We sent the package last week any advice or help would be appreciated. Thanks so much!

  2. Hello!

I am preparing documents for hubby for his interview at the US Consulate in London. One of those documents is my (USC) birth certificate. Does anyone know if at the interview the Consular Officer keeps the USC's birth certificate?

I was born in Belarus and it is a nightmare to get another birth certificate copy/original from the Belarusian Embassy, so I don't want the one I have to be taken at the Embassy during hubby's interview!

    Thanks for any advice :)

My fiance also interviewed at the London embassy they did not keep my birth certificate :)

  3. Very good Teapot. But this later down the road. Celebes, no valid reason for expedite.

The question the OP is asking is: Do I mention it on the 129-F I'm going to submit.? I think No mention should be there and run the course for the NOA1 and NOA2 Approvals. And if I read the post correctly, it is the USC that is pregnant so no Medical Exam due to a prenancy is required of the USC. ???? Did I read wrong?

  4. I was wondering if any of you could advise me on something. I am pregnant and I a getting ready to send in my K-1 packet today. Does it make a difference if I mention this on my application? I was just wondering if this will hurt or help us. I really want my fiance here with me when our baby is born(due July 15th). Thanks in advance for your advice :)
