finally, I got the approval NOA2 on nov 7 after 66days waiting since I submitted RFE. Vermonet center is really behind, but anyway, I'm very happy that i got the approval so that we can move on! good luck guys!

sharon & larry, thanks for your comments. we called USCIS last week but didn't get any answer from them as usual. we were told to wait 60days.
