Thank you!!
Hola!
Gracias!!

A copy of their birth certificate or the bio page of their US passport is fine.
It would be better to follow the instructions of the I-864 for the affidavit of support, since the consulates use the guidelines for that form even when using the I-134. The instructions for the I-864 state just the bio page is needed, and not a copy of every page in the passport.
Page 6, #19 "Citizenship/Residency."
Proof of U.S. citizen or national status includes a copy of your birth certificate, certificate of naturalization, certificate of citizenship, consular report of birth abroad to citizen parents, or a copy of the biographic data page of your U.S. passport.
Thank you so much for help!!

Thanks for your response!
Do you think is necessary to have the photocopy or the original birth certificate? or the photocopy of the passport would be ok?
Thank you!

Hi!!
My fiancee is sending me all the things that we need for the evidence of support.
I want to see if you can help me to check if what she is sending me is enough:
-I-134 (fiancee & co-sponsor)
-Tax returns 2009 - 2010 - 2011 (fiancee & co-sponsor)
-Birth certificate (photocopy fiancee)
-Employment letter (fiancee & co-sponsor)
-Bank letters (fiancee & co-sponsor)
-2 pay stubs (fiancee & co-sponsor)
She says that with the tax returns it's enough. I am a little bit confuse cause the asked for the W-2 forms and 1040. But she says that the tax returns have all the information on it.
Thank you so much!!

hi!!
I just want to know if for the interview I have to bring the original documents that I sent on the I-129f package?
Like the G325a form, the I-129f form, the old letter of intent, etc.
Thank you!

My fiance had her interview in Caracas today.....AND WE WERE APPROVED
For your questions, she had copies of the 1040 with W2's for the last three years and Tax transcripts also, you can call IRS and they will mail them to
you, NO CHARGE, they took 2011 and 2010. She had bank letters, original and copy but did not look at them. She had the job letter, original and copy, looked at it but did not take. She had an original and copy of my Birth Certificate but they did not look at it.
Of the things other than the official forms, they only wanted copies not the originals of what they kept.
All I can say is have originals when you can and copies of anything your can think of, better to have to much than not enough. My fiance said it looks like they ask for different things from each person.
As far as mailing things, I have sent her things many times with DHL with no problems, its a little spendy but I think All companies are.
BEST OF LUCK IN THIS NEXT BIG STEP IN YOUR JOURNEY.....WHEN YOU HEAR..."YOU ARE APPROVED"....ALL WILL HAVE BEEN WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!
Oh! Congratulations!! That's great!
And yeah, iI have heard that they ask for different things from each person..
And you are right about that it's better to have to much than not enough!
Thank you!!

The IRS has the original 1040. No one has access to his/her original 1040 after filing his/her tax return.
It's possible to have other originals of the W-2s since an employer usually send at least three W-2s (one for federal filing, one for state or local filing, and one copy for the employee).
Have you considered getting a free tax transcript and sending that in lieu of a complete copy of the tax return?
If you don't want to send it through the mail, then send it with UPS, DHL, or Fed-Ex with a signature confirmation. While none of them can claim to never have lost a package, it is probably more secure than having the mail go through the US Postal Service and the Venezuelan postal service.
Thank you!!

Hi!!
I have some questions about if do I have to bring the original documents to support the I-134 form? Like the W-2 forms and 1040? The bank letters and the job letter?
And will I need my fiance's birth certificate in original?
I just don´t know if it is secure to send those kind of documents by mail.
My interview is in Venezuela.
Thanks you!

Gracias Andrea!! Muy amable! mucho

Hi!
My fiance and I are going to use her mother as a co sponsor.
But I have a couple of questions about it.
Do we need additional paperwork? or the co sponsor just have to fill the i-134?
Does my fiance need to fill that form too?
Do we need a letter where the co sponsor says that she is willing to be our co sponsor?
I have tried to find a post where I can read about this topic, does anyone know about one?
Thank you!!

Im working right know as a Recruitment analist but in that question I put "Psychologist". I know that "occupation" and "profession" are not always the same but if you are an telecommunication engineer certified, PUT THAT!!!You are not lying, only because you are not working right know that doesn't mean that you are not an engineer anymore.
Yeah its true! Thanks again Andrea!! jejejeje..

If your "Present Occupation" is playing in a band, do you receive a taxable salary? If not, PUT NONE
If you receive a Taxable salary from this band, then you should put the name of the band here!
Thanks for no.. I don't receive any taxable salary from this band. I have read that some people say that put "Self employed" is an option, is that right?
Thanks for the answer!

Hi!
I have a doubt about the question #12 on the DS 260 form. I am the beneficiary.
Right now I'm not working as an employee, I quitted my job on december to go to the US to visit my fiance.
Now I'm back and I'm not working, I am a telecommunication engineer and also a musician. My job right now is play with my band, I usually play every weekend and I have done that for at least 6 years, even when I have a regular job, and I didn't put that on my work experience because that is not a regular job.
My question is what should I put on the question #12 "Present Occupation" ?
Thanks!!

Hi, I am from Venezuela, and I am on the process of my K1 Visa.
I want to know if after I get married in the US i can leave the country for a week.
My sister is getting married 3 month before I'm going to arrive to the US, and I have to go to her wedding, and she is getting married inVenezuela.
What can I do? Do I need a permission for that?
Thank you!
-
Muchas gracias

HI! I have some questions about the G325A .
I (foreign fiance) lived in the US for 5 moths with a tourist visa, After that me and my fiance lived together for 3 months in germany, but just for vacations.
She lived in Chile for 7 months with a student visa and after that 3 months in Venezuela but with a tourist visa.
Should we put all that information on the G325A?
Because all of them were less than a year and with tourist visas.
Thank you!!
