    Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between May 20, 2012 and May 26, 2012*. Ugh these things are killing me!! I wish the first one had been accurate, then I def wouldn't be as upset/sad/depressed as I have been feeling lately. It's false hope that make this process so much worse for me.

    don't worry, I already have a letter written out with the dates of calls and what i was told and explaining the whole situation... just need a stamp and to pop it in the mailbox a few days before 5 months hits! :) haha.

    I wish you guys the best of luck... we both seem to be in the same "i hate vsc/they are stupid/i don't believe their lies anymore/i really miss my spouse" stage... I hope good things happen for the both of us really soon. We still may have some hope for early june!

    LOL: Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between May 18, 2012 and June 4, 2012*. Yea... I already fell for that once a month and a half ago :( Plus a response from VSC Service Request said they are working on November 2011 cases yet when you call they tell you Jan 16th. Ugh, I can't get my hopes up again or I'll be even more heart broken when it doesn't happen :(

      I see where you're coming from, I'm so disheartened. I see people with my date getting approval and Im still wandering the site each day. I'm trying not to check but cant help it. Im so depressed these days.

      i called today and now they said they are processing jan 16th, 2012 apps from VSC... mine is jan 12th.. no word still :(

      almost... trying not to get my hopes up though, they told me on march 20th that we would have an answer in 2-3 weeks... here we are 6 weeks later and still nothing :(

    Hi there! We seem to be pretty close in NOA1 date and also are both being processed through VSC and UK, I'd love to add you as a friend and follow each other's timelines if you don't mind... hopefully we get our approval around the same time :)

    hi there! i am looking at past VSC approvals and it looks like yours was approved fast... I'm just trying to find out if this was a "normal case" (meaning USC living in america and UK citizen in the UK) or were you both living overseas when you applied?? Any info would be greatly appreciated, we are just trying to see what were really in for :)
