read the guides, follow the instructions also listed on the I-495. Complete each form to send in. the I765, and I-131 need separate supporting documentation. We made 3 separate "apcks" to support each form, then paper0clipped each section together with the 2 photos for each form. You will wind up with 6 passport photos. The hard part will be your DS-3065 or I-693. Do not forget a certified copy of you marriage certificate showing the date was BEFORE the 90 days. the guide on here is very, very, very helpful. But when the VJ guide and the USCIS forms contradict other (if they do), follow the USCIS forms. File all forms at once, and expect a couple of weeks for an NOA1. (I-797c to start coming in. You will get one for each form.)

Yes, you can start the medical process. You will not be able to schedule interview until the visa is paid at BPI. Good Luck!

Yes! My fiance was approved for his visa yesterday, January 20! Now we are just wondering where will his passport, visa and paperwork be delivered... Can anyone tell me will it be sent to his home or picked up at a 2Go location... When he scheduled his interview they asked where it will be delivered and we requested 2go but yesterday he said after the interview he was told that it will be delivered to his home... Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Usually the interview it doesn't take longer than 10 minutes as long as he had everything that they want to see, and can asnswer the question with out any doubt, he will be ok.

For mine its only 5 minutes, what takes long is the wait in line, or wait until your name or your number will be called quick, he will be ok, im sure, everything will be okay just pray and wait. Godspeed.

My Fiance interview is tomorrow.... Just wondering if there are any other fees that need to be paid the day of the interview. We are hoping all goes well tomorrow. He is currently at the hospital trying to see a doctor since he broke out in a rash after he was given the vaccinations from the medical part of this process. Please keep us in your prayers.

My fiance called slec and very happy to announce that he was advised by clark (person you need to speak to in slec who divulge the good or bad news of your test results) that he is now to be scheduled for immunization and release of his medical report, was given choices of dates of jan 11,12,or 13 to come back. My fiance will be heading to slec tom. Jan 11 to have his immunization done & to get his medical release papers. After 8 weeks I would say its not so easy and most comfortable days of straight 8 weeks of waiting finally I believe the most difficult part of this journey is over. Patience & prayers with enormous faith was indeed the #1 requirement to pass this journey.

Again my fellow members most esp those are still on the same boat of waiting on sputum culture results...don't stop praying and always hope for the best...its ok to be frustrated but don't be cranky and procastinate if u have placed in a situation like we do on hearing that we need to do the sputum culture test we just accept it wholeheartedly coz there is nothing that could change the decision of slec on their protocol though we also believe that their basis was a bit unrealistic to have my fiance to go thru the sputum culture, but instead we give it back to god coz we both believe that is plans are more perfect than ours,and thing happen for a good reason.

The rescheduling of interview is done by either the petitioner or the beneficiary, as soon I was inform by my fiance that he is for immunization already tom, I alreay called usem to reschedule his interview the earliest I got is already feb 6 there is no more slot available for jan. 2012

Lastly, I would like to stress out the importance of giving slec at 2 reliable contact phone # for them to contact beneficiary in case unfortunately a positve result would come up so as not to wait for your 8th week to be notified that its positive...its helpful for your health itself and it would save time for a much longer waiting in case treatment is a must.

My fiance's interview and medical is next week. Once this is completed and she receives the visa. How long does it take to get an appointment at the CFO? I'm just trying to get a time frame when we should start looking at tickets back to manila and how long she would need to stay in Manila before leaving for the United States.

Congrats! My Fiancee's interview is next week also.. He just completed the medical on Tuesday Jan. 10 which took 2 days. His first day was on Jan. 2 and was asked to return on Jan. 10. I'm a bit surprised to know that they would schedule your interview so close to your medical appt. date. I tried and tried to schedule for an interview at the embassy sooner but they wouldn't allow it because they need enough time for the medical. What date is her interview? As far as the CFO its on a first come basis.

Just wondering if anyone has had previous experience with NBI clearance... My fiancee had recently picked up his NBI clearance and didn't notice until he got home that on his name they used a "y" instead of ","... Can anyone tell me if they are really sensitive about the name and typos?

On the average, it takes 4-5 business days from NVC to USEM in Manila via DHL. Ours took 4 business days when I tracked it.

You can track your own package to the embassy from NVC. You need to find out what day NVC sent it. Call NVC and ask What day did my papers leave for the embassy.

then go to dhl.com

then type in

EXP 23 DEC 2011A

(That is if your package left nvc on 23)

sometimes you need to use the day before or date after like EXP 22 DEC 2011A OR EXP 24 DEC 2011A

THEN it will come up NOT Found or something like that

THEN LOOK TO THE left of the screen and click FIND BY SHIPPERS REFERENCE NUMBER

then put the number in again

then put the dates it might have left and todays date

then click you country

and you might find it

Merry Christmas everyone! Currently I am here in Manila for the holidays... Yesterday before my flight I was able to obtain the MNL case number from NVC. Now that I am here in Manila, we decided to get some things done such as medical and NBI clearance. Today, I called the Manila Embassy to see what was needed to be done... a very helpful lady had told us to go to BPI and make payment allow 4-6 hours for the payment to be activated and then call them back to schedule interview... after calling twice the payment was activated... unfortanately I was unable to get the same lady who had helped me earlier.. So payment was received and to our surprise found out that the earliest time we could schedule the interview was a month due to the wait time that the package needs to be received from NVC to Manila embassy... Has anyone experienced this or does the package come sooner? Is there a number or email address I can contact to see when the actual package has arrived the U. S. Embassy Manila? Also if it is received earlier is it possible to schedule for a sooner date? Any help will do... Thanks!

Just want some advice on what to do next... It has been 5 months and 2 weeks since the petition for I-129F was received. I have contacted my congresswomans office for help about 3 weeks ago and all her office got was an email indicating the my petition was being reviewed... is there anything else that can be suggested on what to do next... I'm getting frustrated and sad seeing all these other petitions getting approved knowing that it was received after mine was... Some advice please!!!
