JULY filer here>in 4dys we will hit the 4mth wait without an NOA2, its been 9mths since we last seen or touched eachother, its getting really chilly in philly,I'm loosing interest with the skype,IM,email n even phone call thing.The NOA2 seems very far away.Im all word out. IS THIS NORMAL?

I need help...I came in US as K1 last July 2011. I recently adjusted my status and now conditional green card holder. I have a child and she was included in the 129F petition. Can I still apply K2 visa for my child? pls help me..I really missed my child so badly..

I can't say I know for different consulates, but if she was included on the petition I don't see why you couldn't apply. After all if she is young anyone can see it's with you where she needs to be. On something this important I'd not rely on VJ (great though it is) for answers, but would call DOS or your embassy to find out for certain. Good luck.

Well, he has been cheating with the same woman as before when we waited in separate countries for the visa. Now we've been married 2 months and I find he never stopped with her. My life is in shambles.

What is packet 3 and packet 4???

Packet three are all of the forms for the beneficiary to fill out and send directly into the Embassy. Including biographic data and also a DS2001 Form which when signed states the beneficiary is 'interview ready' meaning she/he has all of the certificates to hand (marriage, divorce, police etc whichever ones the dealing embassy requires). When they get this infomration from this packet back....then they will move onto packet four....the interview date.

IV applications help! I know this may be a silly question but i need to make sure.. on one of the questions it says... including. my present marriage, I have been married (blank) times. this is my first and only marriage... do I put 0 or 1?... please bear with me... i feel like an idiot for asking... but its a little confusing... Thanks
