I am a US Citizen and I want to bring my mom, her husband and my 18-years old half-brother and 16-years old half-sister. They are living abroad. Do I have to file a separate I-130 form for each one of them or I can do it together in one form? Does anyone know the fees for the National Visa Center forms, besides the US$420 I-130 form?
Thanks

I would be better if you consult an attorney, but I think you can't fill an affidavit of support for yourself. My guess is that you have to find someone else.

Yes, I spoke to an attorney and she told me that an appeal could last a year and nothing guarantees that I win... That it would be easier if I re-file... *sigh*

Also, the person who interview us on September 14, kept my original I-94, what would I do if I have to reapply?

We file I-130 on February 27, 2007, got approved March 6, 2007. My husband became a citizen on June 26, 2009 and we request the change after that. Then, my case was sent to Peru and got an appointment at the US Embassy in PERU for May 19, 2010 even though in my I-130 we put that I will adjust status here in the US. I sent a letter asking to send back my file to USCIS because I was going to apply for I-485 here in the US. Never got receipt notice, any response. Anyway, we filed I-485 and I-765 on June 9, 2011. Interview was on September 14, 2011. Got EAC, got SSN, got a job already... My concern is why my file went to Peru. I'm not sure if I can appeal that or just file again... which one will take less time. I'm not concern in another interview, my marriage is legit and I can prove it to them in a thousand ways, I'm just frustrated about the paperwork and wasting time and money. We didn't use an attorney first because of economic issues and second because we thought it wasn't gonna be a difficult case... big mistake

Letter is here, it says that I130 was approved and a visa became available for me but i fail to file I485 within 2 years. What can I do? Can I reapply?

My 10 year tourist visa expired in 2008.

Yes, we upgraded it. We sent a letter stating that he was a citizen now and they received it... Now my case is with him as a US Citizen

Yes, I guess I have to wait for the letter. I just freaked out. Thank you for the responses. I'll keep you posted.

But my I130 was approved on 2009. After that, my husband became a US Citizen and then we apply for the AOS. My I765 was approved, got biometrics, interview, everything seemed to be fine.

Ok, I entered the USA in 2004 with a tourist visa which already expired. My husband came here a couple of months before because he got his case approved (his dad, a us citized filed for him). We got married here the same year, but we apply for the I130 on 2007. I didn't receive the letter yet, I just got the status update on my email and I freaked out. They say the letter was sent today, so I'll receive it in a couple of days I guess. My husband and I can't think of any reason why they could deny it! Even the person who interview us told us that everything was clear and they only had to wait for my file from Peru and if anything wasn't clear they will call us for another interview. Thanks for your responses, I hope I'm not making it confuse.

Hi, I'll try to explain it the best way I can.
I've been married to my husband for 7 years, we have one 7 year old boy and we are expecting our second child. We are still together. We apply for the 130 when he was a Permanent Resident and we were living in Florida. Then we updated the case when he became a Citizen. They sent my file to Peru and I received an appointment to go to the US Consulate in Peru for an interview. But we were living here in the US. I sent a letter asking to return my file to the USCIS because I was gonna apply for adjustment of status. We file the I-765 and I-485 here in New Jersey, where we live now. I got my biometrics, received my appointment letter for the interview, got my employment authorization card, got my ssn. At the interview, they told us that my file was still in Peru and they were gonna ask for it, but they didn't need to do a long interview because it was obvious our marriage was legit. 15 days later, i got the case status information on my email saying that they are sending me a denial letter for my Adjustment of Status. What went wrong??? Please I need advice.

Hello! Thanks for your responses!
Yes, they are my half-siblings. My mom and my stepfather have been married for like 3 years now and I'm 39. but they've been living together for 20 years and have 2 kids (18 and 16).
So, I can't file a petition for all of them? They can't come all together?
