You can apply up to 90 days earlier from your 5th year anniversary as long as you keep the other conditions. That said, if you are applying 5 year rule, you can file 4 years and 9 months after your gc is issued. It is 2 years and 9 months for 3 year rule. As FYI, USCIS has early filing calculator:
