hello everyone, its already our 5th month of waiting for our noa2 and while waiting im trying to double check the forms we already submitted like the G-325A and the form im about to fill out the DS 157. I am the beneficiary and I fill out a G 325A form to be submitted by my fiance together with the I129F. On the form G325A they ask about my employment for the last 5 YEARS i put NONE. I was employed before and in the year june 2007 I resigned to pursue my studies. In my DS 157 number 12. they are asking not including current employer, list your last two employers. Do I have to include there the job I had before 2007???U think I wud have a problem about this matter on my interview soon since from june 2007 till present it is not 5 years yet, ...hope u cn help me out with this my fellow Vjers....

priority date is your noa1
hey there, i just want to ask cn i use my noa1 notice date for this priority date?because i dont see any priority date on our noa1. On our noa1 it states that "please note that if a priority date is printed on this notice, the priority does not reflect earlier retained priority dates". do u hv any idea bout this?thank u impatient cupcake....

hi....i also had a problem like that instead of female on my bc its male, what me and my fiance did is that before we sent our application we also processed my bc legally by using a lawyer so that it will be changed. We've been through evidence gathering, court hearing and posted it to the newspaper in 3 days. We filed it November 2010, we appeared to the court Febuary 2011(the judge just want to see u in person) then I recieved my new BC September 2011.I think u should consult a lawyer about this matter. They require our BC in the whole process, specially when u get married in the US.

No notification of a background check is made to either the petitioner or the beneficiary because it is normal procedure to run name check at USCIS stage, NVC stage and at Embassy stage. Backround checks are performed in 100% of the cases and always from more than 1 database.
There have been instances where a "hit" has occurred where the petitioner is asked to supply USCIS with fingerprints to rule out a "false hit"... This is usually at the request of USCIS.
az110965 thank u so much for the reply and for the info...i really appreciate it..
