hey,my fiance called them too last 28 of nov. but they said they cnt have ours in service request yet, they just adviced him to call after 2 weeks...i hope we cn hear something soon....good luck to u also...
I called this morning. Tier 2 seemed to do nothing more than Tier 1 did. Same information. So frustrating. Well, hope you get your NOA2 soon. Good Luck!!
