    Just to have an idea, usually when you receive the NOA2 how many months is the validity? Coz I am still here working in middle east , needs one month notice for my resignation in the company where I am working. By the way the case would be process in Philippines.

      once you recieve the NOA2 you can file your resignation letter.it will take 15 working days at NVC then after NVC they will sent to USEM.

      @ Chuward Thank you for the info.. But really needs figures at least I have an idea so I can prepare early my resignation.
