      My fiance took hundreds of pages of yahoo chat archives, phone bills, texting archives, skype video calling logs with screenshots of us as well as family members skyping, e-cards, and emails. The CO didn't look at ANY of these! He said, "No need for that, no need for that." Even Affidavit he didn't bother looking at. He only looked our two pictures together...

      From what i read so far i guess the decision was i guess more or less taken before your fiancé went for the interview. I mean they do this with other visas not sure about immig visas .But since the CO office refused to look at the evidence i feel it was already decided because of the area from which your Fiance belongs too. But don't worry it won't be long.
