    Hi Jisha,

    Well the embassy now sends a new version of packet 3.5 that is via email u wont be getting any letter now, just keep checking ur email, they may send packet 3.5 to anyone of u both, either u or ur fiance. In our case packet 3.5 was emailed to the petitioner (US citizen), so u both should check ur emails daily.
