My K1 visa application was approved just before Christmas. Does anybody know when or how you know the NVC have received your approved application? Will I be notified by email? Any help would be great!

I know this may be a silly question but i need to make sure.. on one of the questions it says... including. my present marriage, I have been married (blank) times. this is my first and only marriage... do I put 0 or 1?... please bear with me... i feel like an idiot for asking... but its a little confusing... So tired of people saying they know what im going threw and that it's going to go quickly.... being apart is not a walk in the park, and anyone that didnt go threw this, shouldnt be trying to give me advice on how to handle this. cause it aint freaking working, and just pisses me off even more. yes, im having a bad day and need to vent ....
