Well, still waiting for my wife to send me the PCC, which is in the process of being generated. Apparently, they did not do her police check when she got her passport a few years ago.

But from the NVC end, everything seems to be going okay. They are ready and waiting for us to send the IV documents.

I understood the "Instruction Packet" to be the instructions link after payment for IV fee has been received by NVC. To date, I have not received any hard copy document from NVC. Have you?

Yes, the I864EZ was approved back in April.

Yes, things are finally starting to work for us. The DS3032 glitch got fixed, they received our completed DS3032, they sent us our AOS bill which I paid last night. My wife is yet to get her PCC, but she should have it by next week.

Glad to hear that things are at the final stages in your case. I hope you get an early July interview and your wife is able to join you shortly thereafter.

Congratulations! Things on my end are SNAFU. They have some major issues with the DS-3032. Apparently their system has not yet generated a Choice of Address and Agent for our case. They have now put in a request for that to get generated.

Nothing. Called this morning. Turns out that they are NOT yet ready to receive my DS3032. So, we need to wait until they are... I just don't want to think about it anymore.

Yeah, I am having some trouble with DS3032. The problem is that they received the AOS before DS3032 so my application is now being reviewed by a supervisor.

Quick question about your 6 month period - On the DS230, did your wife include the city/place she lived while she was in college although it was not her primary residence?

NVC has not yet received our DS3032. My wife sent it in the email body 3 weeks ago. About a week ago, my wife filled out the form by hand, scanned it and emailed them the scanned copy. I've also mailed them a print out of the scanned DS3032 a week ago... and they don't have it yet... It's FRUSTRATING!!!

That would not be an issue with me and my wife. We are planning on a vacation in Europe during mid July, so an interview during late July or even August would work just fine for us.

There are other obligations that my wife has towards her family and career that will preclude her from coming before November anyways, so I am in no rush (I know this sounds wrong!!!)

Good to hear! I hope that "glitch" gets fixed soon enough for you to make the payment and send the documents over to NVC followed by an expedited approval.

She got back to India this past weekend. She will be travelling to Hyderabad on Thursday and that's when she will get her PCC.

Other than that, she informed me that NVC emailed her confirming the zip code on the DS-3032, so I presume it's being worked on.

Great! Can you kindly let me know what you end up paying for the IV bill? I am curious whether it's only $230 or $230+$74(visa surcharge).

As far as my case is concerned, I will wait until Friday and call them once again!

Nothing really. My wife scanned and sent me the hand written filled out DS-3032. I asked her to email it as an attachment to NVC. I have also printed it out and am mailing it to them today. We'll see if that fixes the glitch!

I am sure we can. The OMB expiry date on the DS-3032 that was embedded in the PDF that NVC sent earlier was 12/31/2006.

So, we got an email from NVC back on 4/16 that had a 6 page PDF attachment. The first 4 pages were instructions on AOS and the last 2 on DS-3032.

When I called NVC, they told me that they have received my AOS and it is "Complete". And neither me nor my wife received an DS3032 acceptance mail at all, just the automated response.

LOL! This time, I'll have my wife fill it by hand, scan it and send as an attachment.

It seems that there is no defined process for this. Even the customer service representative at NVC are clueless about what's going on...

The silver lining is that they have receive and processed my AOS. So one less thing to worry about.

Question for you on DS-3032 (Choice of Agent & Address)

Did your wife print out Page 5 (the choice of agent form with her name and barcode) of the PDF that NVC sent you'll, then fill it by hand, sign and date it, scan the filled in form and send it as an attachment to NVC via email?

Because we did not do that. My wife just wrote within the body of the email that she nominates ...
