Jean and I expect to receive our NOA2 the week of March 19th. I have never been so exited in my life. I want everything to go perfect. I live in the USA and now thinking that maybe I should fly to Manila for the interview. First of all, will the Manila US Embassy allow the Pitioner to attend the interview?
