BASED ON THE SITE OF IS IMMIGRATION after the documentation or case is completed.. interview will be schedule 1 to 3 months?? so it means on or before 3 mos. ull have schedule AM I RIGHT?

Hmmm IM SO CONFUSED GUYS!!! my case was completed last august 22, 2011, F2A category, why i still dont have a schedule of interview?? my PD date was 2005 , you think guys it affects my status ??? but the case was completed??? any IDEAS pls thanks
