hi there! i really dont know if service request really helped or not.. but i remember, we made the request on thursday and we got approved the next day, or maybe we were due to get approval on that day.. yes, you should have a reference number for the request.. others get approved after 2 weeks of the request.. try calling them every week.. just came home from 2 long excruciating day at SLEC... Thank You LORD for the result!! And now, need to wait for the big day!!
