    Case transferred to CSC. What is that about?

    Alguien podria ayudarme con una duda en la forma i 864 en la parte 6 en la numero 25 dice de lo de los income taxes... y mi esposo tiene trabajando apenas un ano... osea que solo tiene sus income taxes del 2010 no tiene nada en 2008 ni en 2009... le podemos poner que si en el check en donde dice de los 3 anos aun que solo haya trabajado uno? porque para que nos aprobaran la i 129 f tuvimos un co esponsor por la misma razon... entonces como le ppodemos hacer... plisss alguien que me pueda ...

      entonces incluye solo los taxes del 2010. Luego si lo que el gana ahora es suficiente para ser tu sponsor pues puedes chequear la casilla si no y tienes que utilizar un co-sponsor entonces incluye los income taxes de esa persona para el año 2009 y 2008.
