The USCIS sent me an email, because I'm registered on their website, I put my email address there; on it, I checked the option where it says you'll get an email when you are approved or get a RFE. Did you do that? If so, you can be sure you'll be contacted, and a few days later, your fiance will receive your NOA2 by mail.
