Yes! I became in an US citizen May 2016!! it was super quick....I got my 10 years GC in Oct 2015 and in January 2016 my 90 days window to apply, opened. I send the package on february 27th, 2016 and by May 27th,2016 I was in my Oath Ceremony. 

She must do it!! the package itself is super easy to put together...the waiting was the shortest one of all my processes. 3 months exact...basically is just

1. send the package
2. Noa1
3. Biometrics
4. In line for interview (longest wait)
5. Interview
6. waiting for oath ceremony
7. oath ceremony

and remember to request the medical appointment (ypu can find the panel of physicians on the embassy website) if you are in caracas, I highly recommend you Dr. Rigoberto Marcano at Santa Fe mall. Make sure to bring your vaccination card along with you cause otherwise you will have to pay to get a bunch of vaccines you probably already have

It's ok! is not! I remember waiting for 3 hours at the prefectura in Caracas just to found out it was not necessary. Besides the 20000 forms you can download on the USCIS website they will only request a birth certificate and police records (must be apostillado). It doesnt have to be translated at all and I strongly suggest to get several copies cause once your fiance is here, he/she will need it again to adjust

No pones nada, la dejas en blanco y ya... No es nada complicado!. Yo solo sali una vez por 1 mes a España a ver a mis papas. Puse 30 dias, el lugar y ya. En tu caso dejala en blanco. Otra cosa, asegurate de no meter los papeles antes de la fecha q te corresponden xq cobran el cheque y te devuelven el paquete. Puedes aplicar hasta 90 dias antes del vencimiento de tu gc
