      and you being a citizen should make things much easier. the adjustment of status usually takes 4 months. I really suggest you start soon, don't delay it!!

      Hello!- don't be afraid, you can fill out all the paperwork yourself if you want to save some money going through an attorney; although you might want to get some legal advice because your husband is in the states and entered illigaly, chances are, he needs to go back to Honduras for some months and wait for his visa appointment there.
