    ####### VSC!!! Where is my NOA 2, we have no previous marriages, no kids, no legal problems, we sent more than enough evidence and we are not yet approved while people from August is getting approved already!!! Really #######!!!!

      If they think there we can wait forever, they do make a huge mistake.

      We wont wait longer than we have to BY LAW!!

    Anothe week just finished and Vermont is still ignoring me!!! Why? Does it really matter what country the fiancee is from? I see people from August already been approved and I am from May 2nd. What is wrong with VSC?? I thought they processed as the receive :(

      Yeah but till the deadline there is nothing to do... Just keep your faith and waiting..love is stronger than anything... I've heard VSC are now working on June applicants. That means with the rest they are done already. You didnt get anything from them by mail? People say we cant 100per cent rely on website. They are not accurate about updating case status. So u got any paper by mail?

    This might be a dumb question but I was wondering, for the first interview do we both have to be present?

      Its not compulsory. If you want to, you can come to the interview, to support your love. Moreover its a great plus. :)

      Hello:) im at the same boat. VSC got my I129f also on May 2nd. Its 1 week left till the deadline and still Initial Review. HOPEFULLY we both will get some answers soon. Sick of this process. Cant believe its going this way...
