  1. I was 13-14 of age, b/c when I came to the US I was 15+. No, I did not go to the interview. With all the evidence we had and I was there in April, I didn't think I need to. Plus I needed to save money for wedding Plans and visa expense. Also, even if I went I wouldn't be allow to be with him during the interview.

I really feel your pain and I sympathize with what you’re going through. I will firstly say I’ve been following up on your Thread since you first posted your question. You have to understand one thing here, It’s not all about what your earn, been that if you were not qualified financially there are other ways and method of getting the K- 1 approved whether it’s by co-sponsors as well to show your financially able. The most important thing is proving that your relationship is a Boniface one. One of the things the Consulate looks at after reviewing your K- 1 application is prove. You should have 1. Travelled to Jamaica more often, I understand but you only visited 2 times and stayed 2 weeks on each visit. Thank could have been 4 times since you had gotten back together if you had stayed 1 week at a time plus 1 more time the day of the interview which is very very important and would have been a better way of identifying that you relationship is Boniface. You been there, yes they don’t really have to call you in but it shows Support for the person you’re planning to spend the rest of your life with. I have seen where people have given you some good advice here. File back the K-1 visa as they have suggested and for the next interview put all of effort and time in preparing for bring up the person you love. We are all here to help you in anyway necessary and good luck on your journey.

The Police Certificate is request when submitting the DS-230 Part 1 to the NVC along with all require documents. That's if you are filing for a CR1 Visa to my knowledge

  3. Hi Kerr,

Did you get a response from the embassy in reference to the Info Window Appointment.

My wife received a blue sheet only for not producing a Police Records from the UK which we now have. We have sent

an email requesting an INFO WINDOW APPOINTMENT 2 days ago but we have not heard anything as yet. I trying

to understand there response time and the time frame.

  4. Thanks for all the adv. I was not ask to be at the interview but I will be there for support for my wife, Encase they need to ask me a question I will be there to answer any of there questions regardless I have no need to lie or anything to lie about. My phone record alone have the prove that they are looking for. I have spent thousand of dollar just on cell only, we talk at least up 10 times daily. My wife uses 1000 international credit with 5-6 days and all is on my phone records dating back the past 2 years. But thanks again I will keep all up to date on the interview.

  5. I have a question.

My wife has her interview next month, I was married 2 times before do think it will post a problem during her interview. We had a very small wedding with just 2 witnesses but I have over 2 years of phones records showing communication everyday plus pictures, western union receipts and I've traveled to Jamaica at least 11 times since we met. We have been dating from 2006 and got married in 2010. I was married but separated when we met in 2006 and I got divorce in 2009.
