Called the NVC they sent it to the consulate on Feb 7th but neither of us have recieved information on how to proceed or a letter saying that it was sent or has arrived in Germany... getting kinda agrivated now.

Should I be worried that I haven't heard anything from the NVC yet? It's been 40 days since the NOA2.

I called today and they said it was sent on Feb 7th but we never received an email or anything in the mail telling us that it was sent to the consulate or that the consulate received it. I am starting to freak out that we are not getting any information from them anymore and the visa will be put on hold until they can find it... wherever it is.

While My love and I were trying to forget that this was my last day we were also trying not to think about how long it would be until the next time we saw each other...then as we sit down to eat my last Colombian empanadas I get a notification in my inbox....and there it was the best email I have EVER recieved from USCIS!! We waited 180 days for this email!! Omg!! WE GOT OUR NOA2 ah! Sooo many happy tears tonight!

Called USCIS today... They say California is processing Applications before August 13th, or something like that... If that's true how are people in September getting the NOA2 already?

How are all these CSC dates in September getting approved for NOA2 if I got my NOA1 in August???? It makes no sense!!!!!

Day 144: Don't feel any closer to the NOA2... Feeling discouraged today. I'm starting another semester of school knowing this hasn't progressed and it makes me extremely upset that I have to endure another 17 weeks of school without his direct emotional support.
