my wife got her passport with a visa today delivered by DHL . thank god (( ALHAMDOULLAH )) i just need to say thank you for you all for your support

hi everyone i was just checking on my DHL tracking number and today it went through five different steps . all in one day (( starting with Departed Facility in CAIRO - EGYPT. and the last step was )) (( Forwarded for delivery )) from port said . what dose that means is it a good news is the passport on the way with the visa or it could be just the passport. please let me know if you ever had the same DHL process

what is the DOS ?

i just have a question about the DHL tracking. i put my tracking # it says(( Scheduled for delivery as agreed)) any one know what dose it means. is the passport on the way. how long it will take. is the a number i need to call.?? thank you in advance

with my case i had to send it the the NVC translated to English.and she will also have to have a new police certificate @ the interview day if it's over 90 days cuz the Egyptian police certificate expires after 90 day's and that have nothing to do with the fingerprint at the embassy. i hope that help,

no they kept her passport and the ppr dose not say anything beside ((original civil document ))

she e-mailed me the ppr all it says (( ORIGINAL CIVIL DOCUMENT )) very big font stapled with 2 of her passport photo which i am sure they are extra photo cuz i sent like 4 of them plus she (( my wife )) give them 2 extra photo

she did not tell her to send any thing she just handed her that orange ppr a long with 2 passport photo that i have sent to NVC she also (( my wife )) give 2 NVC passport photo to the Egyptian lady when they called her # first time so my be they didn't want the old one. i don't know. but any way i ganna have my wife scan that ppr and she will E-mail me

togetherforever. she was there for almost four hours most of it was a waiting time between the 3 calls. she also said one week not two weeks. but i don't relay mind if two weeks as long as she is not on AP. i also have done the time line thing .

first of all i just want to thank together forever for letting me know how to post a new topic in here looool

OK now. my wife had her interview on Thursday JAN 5 . she arrived at 7:00 AM too many people standing outside, that's what she said and also i can tell cuz i was on the phone with her until the last minute lol. she went through some security check. she was told to turn her cellphone off. they asked her to show her interview letter. the give her A number. the number was called first time . young Egyptian lady my wife said she was nice and she give her some of the original document that i have sent to the NVC. then she asked her to go pay the DHL fees so she did. her number was called again for some fingerprint. then she was called again for the interview. MARWA said she was an American young lady. she was very very nice to her smiling all the time, she asked her a few questions:

what is your husband's name? how did you meet? how many times did he visit you after married? what do i do for a living? where do i live? is everything on DS-230 form is true? then she asked her to singe.

then she told her congratulation your visa is approved and you will receive it after one week .

she also handed her an orange paper it say's original civil document i relay don't know what is it for. i hope it's not for AP or any thing like that . so wish me luck guys please i hope she is not on AP. if any one know what is the orange ppr for please let me know?

i hope this is helpful for you guys i know it's a long topic but i was trying to cover everything with the interview that could help others. by the way i know what's original civil document means. but i am just worried about the orange color. lol

congratulation to all of you guys. i was just wondering if any one have the link to December interview schedule that i can check by my case # . my case was completed AUG 29 2011 and i called the NVC today they said nothing yet. so please if any of you guys know the link posted in here. thank you in advance . and i wash you all a good luck with your interviews .

i a am new member here and i just have a question about cr-1 visa

my case was completed at the nvc on aug.... /29/ 2011 is there is any one know how long dose it take to get the interview e-mail from nvc.

any one knows how is the cr1 visa process in Cairo Egypt right now.
