  2. Since fiance visa denied we are thinking our best option is me going to Morocco to get married. I have read what i need as far as doc. I read where it looks like getting married can take 2-5 weeks. Also i think Ramadan is July 19th thur aug 21st or close to that so i need to avoid those date. Due to work and kids and money i want to spend as little time there as possible only because of work and money and kids. ( i have been there 4 times in two years includeing just this April for interview ) My biggest question is can i go there like the end of aug and start some of the paper work ( like casa info and get my entry date stamp) than can i leave to come home for a week beginning of sept to get my kids to off to the start of school, than fly back to Morocco to finish and get married? Is there restrictions that way do you know? any help would be so greatly appreciated. thank you Visajourney people for all you do.

P.S. any additional information on getting married there would also be appreciated.

  3. Help... Please. What do they mean not denied? Plus case expires may 9th so ....

    Dear Madam,

Thank you for your inquiry on behalf of your fiancé Mr. **** regarding his I-129F petition.  Mr. **** visa has not been denied His case was returned to the Department of Homeland Security's Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on April 17, 2012 for further review.  Due to the personal nature of the information, the file was sent via registered diplomatic pouch (Reg # 7448616).  The Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services will be contacting you to discuss the return of the petition to their office.  However, if you wish to seek information on the status of the case, you should contact the USCIS National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283.  You are advised to wait a few weeks before contacting USCIS to allow them to receive and review the file.

  4. Yes I am on medicine. I was going to travel there in oct. Canceled due to extreme medical conditions. My Step Dad in hospital the month of oct and passed away Nov 14th. I have also been ill and in hospital for two plus months and two surgeries. Still on meds however this condition will go away, no longer life threating. That was reason for delay in my 4th trip there. However i did go this last week to be there for interview. I dont know how I can get results for denial since they havent told him reason however i believe they need to tell me since i am petitioner. Any advice?

He said he was not sure of name. The man for interview said to bad, your denied. No reason given to him. We just don't understand. Planning to get married soon and apply for the visa 3k. ARGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH this is so heart breaking.

  7. I work for an airline and traveled often so i can only give you some advice from experience. Depends on country where you are traveling. great web is travel.state.gov because many countries state that the passport must be valid six months past intended stay. Also, biggest thing with cash. You have to claim it. Doesnt really matter amount and such, however if you dont claim it than it can be confinscated, so always claim. Also check country of destination for any max amount. Most will just say you need onward ticket or return ticket and sufficent funds for trip. Again just claim.

  8. Okay we have the fee we already paid when we sent fiance application that was to homeland security for 340. So that is the processing fee I am guessing. So than are we still to pay 350 at morocco for visa fee? I thought I saw that we do however read a few places that dont. I still havent received anything from nvc and emailed them stating such and already postponed once due to fiance not have all docs requested in pack 3. Thank you

  9. He does have police and court papers. I have never turned in or been asked to yet for the I-134 and tax info and employer and such. I have sent him copies of everything else including new letters of intent and new pics, to add to all the older ones. I never got any type of packet or packet 3. I just read it on here. I have never recieved anything past the noa2. He just recieved letter that he has intraview on march 12th 8 am. So since he still doesnt have documents i mentioned... this is why i am confused. They never were requested from csc or nvc. Thank you again
